History & background

BRS is a private organization dedicated to providing global mobility services for over 25 years. We are an international geographic mobility company that offers comprehensive services.

BRS is a member of EuRA (European Relocation Association) and the ERC (Employee Relocation Council). It also holds the following certifications: ISO 9001:2015, the Eura Global Quality Seal, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

Beatriz Carro de Prada

Executive Director, Founding Partner

Beatriz is an expert in relocation and international mobility. She has a practical understanding of the relocation process and its implications, having moved seven times in nine years with her family, residing in France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and the United Kingdom. Beatriz speaks six languages and is a frequent speaker at local and international workshops and conferences on global mobility and expatriate communities. In 2012, she was awarded the Rising Star in Relocation Award.

Pascal Philippe Bourbon 

Director, Founding Partner

Pascal has over 25 years of experience in international work relocations. He has lived and held management positions in several countries, including his native France, Vietnam, the United States, Germany, Ireland, and Spain. Since 2000, he has launched numerous business ventures in Barcelona. Pascal is very active within the international community in Spain and has held management positions in startups and non-profit organizations. In 2006, he was appointed Foreign Trade Advisor to the French government.
